Homeowners/Tenants may post jobs.

Tradesmen/Handymen may subscribe to view and respond to jobs.

Grafters.ie is not a contractor, tradesman, or agent. We do not perform jobs, issue quotes, or enter into agreements on behalf of members.

No Responsibility for Workmanship or Quotes
All quotes, negotiations, and agreements are made directly between homeowners/tenants and tradesmen.

Grafters.ie has no involvement in the pricing, quality, or completion of any job.

Grafters.ie makes no guarantees about the workmanship, reliability, or suitability of any tradesman or job poster.

Grafters.ie accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, defects, delays, or disputes arising from work arranged through this platform.

Due Diligence by Users
It is the sole responsibility of homeowners/tenants to carefully assess and verify any tradesman before agreeing to work. This includes but is not limited to:

Requesting and reviewing proof of insurance.

Confirming relevant certifications or qualifications.

Checking a tradesman’s previous work portfolio.

Agreeing clear written terms of payment and work.

Tradesmen are also expected to carry out their own checks and exercise due diligence when accepting jobs.

Disclaimer of Liability
Grafters.ie shall not be held liable for:

Any loss, theft, or damage to property.

Any injury or accident arising from work carried out.

Any disputes, financial loss, or dissatisfaction relating to a job.

Any misrepresentation or false information provided by members.

All risks associated with job arrangements rest entirely with the homeowner/tenant and tradesman.

Membership and Fees

Homeowners/Tenants may post jobs free of charge.

Tradesmen/Handymen may subscribe to view job postings and submit quotes.

A membership fee is charged for this service.

Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

All members must:

Provide truthful and accurate information in their profiles and job posts.
Use the platform in a respectful and lawful manner.
Not misuse Grafters.ie for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

Grafters.ie reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Changes to Terms
Grafters.ie may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised terms.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
